Return of the Salmon

October 22, 2006 brought unseasonably warm temperatures and over 500 visitors to the Kanaka Creek fish fence to take part in this Maple Ridge fall classic. KEEPS extends thanks to all the volunteers and exhibitors, the GVRD, and to Panagos Pizza.

Brandon and Cortney show off another salmon.

Meanwhile, other event activities included aquatic insect identification.

Fortunately, Panagos Pizza was on hand to feed our hungry volunteers.
